Rental delegate process

The following describes the rental delegate process, i.e. creating a new rental delegate contract, namely based on the UX wiredframes (see productboard)

The process is driven by this state machine

Category

The object of a rental delegate contract can be more or less comprehensive : from the sole search of tenants, to the full management of the property : tenant search, lease conclusion, daily management of the property, financial aspects....

Category is included within rental delegate contract model and is choosen in the REFERENCE action in the state machine (see above)

Main "object(s)" of the rental delegate contract. Part(s) can exist(s) before the contract is prepared, or not

Case 1 : existing part

This can happen when for instance a owner wants to rent his property, and the property is managed by the trustee which will also act as a real estate agency In that case, system should be able to seek for part(s) belonging to the owner, being the "to" of the rental delagate contract

Case 2 : part(s) not existing

case when the real estate agency does know the owner. In that case, the process for part creation should be the same than when importing data
