Pre-Meeting Questionnaire

1. Introduction

2. Efficiency

For each question, use the scale below to rate yourself:
(Scale: 1 = Needs Improvement, 5 = Excellent)

  • How accurate were your time and complexity estimates?
  • If your estimates were not met, what challenges or blockers impacted your ability to deliver according to them?
  • How do you rate the quality of your deliverables (e.g., bugs reported after release)?
  • How closely did your deliverables align with the initial specifications or requirements?
  • Are there any tools, processes, or workflows that could help you work more efficiently?
    • If yes, what specific tools or changes would you recommend?

3. Functional and Technical Skills

For each question, provide examples where applicable.

  • did you require technical support from someone else? (e.g., DevOps, infrastructure, or debugging help)?
  • did you require functional support from analysts (e.g., clarification of business logic or requirements)?
  • Were the specifications provided clear and sufficient?

4. Teamwork and Engagement

  • How would you describe your collaboration with your Front-End (FE) peers?
    • Were there any challenges in communication or workflow that you encountered?
  • How often did you assist others on the team (e.g., troubleshooting, code reviews, or sharing knowledge)?
  • How proactive were you in identifying and addressing potential issues or opportunities for improvement?
    (Scale: 1 = Not Proactive, 5 = Highly Proactive)
  • How comfortable are you with sharing ideas or feedback in team discussions or meetings?

5. Feedback for Manager

For each question, provide examples or suggestions where applicable:

  • What could I do differently or better to support you in your role?
  • Is there anything from the past period that you wish you had shared with me but didn’t?
  • How clear were the goals and expectations set for you?
    (Scale: 1 = Needs Improvement, 5 = Excellent)
    • If unclear, what could improve goal-setting or communication?
  • How do you feel about the team culture and leadership?
    (Scale: 1 = Needs Improvement, 5 = Excellent)
    • What specific aspects of the team dynamic or leadership style could be improved?
  • If you could suggest one idea or change to improve our team, what would it be?

6. Own Development

  • Are you satisfied with your current role and responsibilities?
    (Scale: 1 = Needs Improvement, 5 = Excellent)
  • Is there any particular area of work you’d like to explore further? (Scale: 1 = Needs Improvement, 5 = Excellent)
