  1. Step 1
    A residential RC had been created by a former agency and the related part has been sold to a new owner. The new owner gives management of his new part to a new agency. The tenant is still in.

  2. Step 2
    on 23/09/2019, the new agency takes-over the RC, and enters information in the system :

  • on one hand, the user enters the initial index that had been set when the contract was signed (i.e. Q3/2014)
  • and on another hand, the users enters the last reference index that should have been used normally as if rent revision had always took place, i.e. Q3/2019.
