Specifications
A ticket represents an communication object, generally used by a owner or a tenant to report the trustee, or the real estate agency, an issue, like for instance a water damage. Of course, subject of a ticket can be broader
A ticket has its own information, but should be overall seen has a container, that includes (at least) 1 or more event.s
A ticket is created and lives in the context of a state machine

Ticket Collection :
- easyId : A ticket must have a unique sequential number. Please refer to Attributes Dictionary/attribute specifications/serial numbering
- subject : a ticket must have a subject (= title)
- reporter.s : a ticket must be linked to a person (whatever its type), who is the person.s "source" of the ticket. e.g. a tenant who informs about a leak
TicketEvent collection :
When a ticket is created, a ticketEvent (the initial one) is also created (with defaul catalogValue : "creation").
Then many events can be added to the ticket.
